The LED display is easily readable from a distance and the included remote allows coaches, trainers, or athletes to pause, start, or adjust their workout from their work station.

LED DISPLAY: The display screen shows the time in red and the number of rounds in green with bright 4-inch numbers that can be read from a distance.

MULTI-FUNCTION TIMER: The gym training timer has 5 different modes (Normal time mode, Interval timer mode, Countdown mode, Count-up mode, and Stopwatch mode). The timer can be set to group training time and rest time.

PROGRAMMABLE SETTINGS: Save up to 10 custom programs on the timer and the included remote control, allowing individuals to pause, mute, or reprogram the clock right from their work station.

REMOTE CONTROL: The remote control distance can reach up to a 60-foot range. Great for TABATA, 7-minute workouts, fitness boot camps, and other interval training.
