The Plate Loaded Seated Dip Machine is a two-way specialty training equipment that offers a great upper body workout focusing on your pecs, triceps, and deltoids. By training with the Dip machine vs performing full body dips, you are taking less tension off your shoulders and isolating the triceps. It is built from durable steel and features an adjustable seat, a pivoting arm mechanism attached to the seat frame with an eyelet on the back of the arm frame to attach a curl bar to perform bicep curls. In addition, the arm incorporates dual 11″ loadable weight plate sleeve that will hold up to 200 LB and is compatible with Olympic-sized weight plates.
