The Titan Vice Grip Trainer includes the Loop Resistance Band Multi-Pack composed of 4 sets of different strength resistant bands all measuring at 12-inches. The red bands (15-30 lb. resistance) are for light resistance for stretching or bending exercises. The black bands (40-70 lb. resistance) are for medium resistance for strength training or calisthenics. The Purple bands (60-100 lb. resistance) are for strong resistance for strength training, and the Green bands (70-120 lb. resistance) are made for ultra-resistance for intermediate or light-weight beginners.
